I specifically designed this incredible class for new mums, following the heroic journey bringing another human being into the world.  


All exercises are low impact and low resistance, tailored specifically to build on core and pelvic floor, improve muscle tone, reduce body fat and improve cardiovascular fitness, in a safe way to prevent injury. There's plenty of functional movement to make you enjoy what you're doing rather than thinking about the work.


When:      14:15 to 15:15 every Tuesday 

Duration:  60 minutes

Where:     Westfield Recreation Ground, Westfield Place, Harpenden, AL5 4LS

Cost:        £10 (cash or bank transfer)

Drop-in - no need to book

Parking:    Free road parking available on Westfield Road and other nearby roads

Facilities:  Toilets and indoor space for baby changing available as necessary

Updates:   Join the Facebook group to keep updated (e.g. if cancelled due to bad weather)

Criteria for attending:

- You must have the all clear from your GP (+/-women's health physio if applicable)

- You must be at least 12 weeks post delivery

- It is recommended you have already started to work on your core stability and pelvic floor through your own programme/Pilates/Physio
