The weight loss program I provide is unique. I build you a well balanced nutrition plan that allows you to enjoy what you love in a healthiest possible structure based on your fitness journey. I help people lose body fat in accordance with their body shape, and provide a series of challenging exercises to allow you to burn body fat, calories and tone the whole body. Most importantly I will teach you how to safely train on your own after I have put you on top of your game.
Having a goal to aim for helps provide you with that inner motivation. Example of SMART goal: "to fit into my bridesmaid dress/fit into my old wedding suit for my best friend's wedding in 12 weeks time."

HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)
This intense form of workout allows you to get super fit in a short period of time. It trains your cardiovascular system and boosts your metabolism to burn calories even in your sleep, and can also make you look younger and tone the whole body as well as making you stronger than ever. This training format also helps you build your long distance fitness strength and confidence to be able to achieve any upcoming running goals you may have for the future.
Examples of SMART goals: "to be able to run for a 10k in 6 months time", "to be able to walk 2-3 miles without discomfort in up coming 12 weeks".
LOWER BACK MANAGEMENT AND POSTURAL CORRECTION
I provide core exercises in order to help you feel more comfortable on a day to day basis; whether that's at your desk, performing housework or playing sports. It aims at correcting your posture and alignment, reducing your risk of injury and helping your body move more efficiently. My client Esme was a professional rower and her daily job requires a lot of sitting down. She had been taking pain killers for her back pain for over four years until I trained her. After 20 weeks she's now happier than ever at managing her pain. As you could see on the photo, not only her back pain is no longer a problem but she also experienced great results around her waist in just 5 weeks.
